Feed Your Recreated Spirit (Matthew 4:4)

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Matthew 4:4 (KJV)

We do not live by bread alone because there is more to us than our physical bodies. Just as our body requires physical food, so too our recreated spirit requires spiritual food. We are being fed spiritually anytime we receive the Word of God, when we meditate on it and take it into our hearts. The more that our spirit is fed, the stronger our spirit becomes. And when our spirit is strong, our ability to be victorious over the flesh increases.

Be Fed By His Word (1 Peter 2:2-3)

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

1 Peter 2:2-3 (KJV)

The Word of God is the spiritual food for our born again spirit. Just as we require physical food in order to be physically strengthened, so too our recreated spirit requires spiritual food in order to become strong within us. And so let us be fed and nourished by His Word, and may we taste of the joy and the fullness of life that is in Him.

The Word Is Spiritual Food (John 6:63)

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

John 6:63 (NKJV)

The Word is the spiritual food for our recreated spirit. With our spirit nourished and strengthened, we can stand boldly upon the Word and know that whenever the Word is mixed with faith, a manifestation must always follow.

Live By The Word (Matthew 4:4)

But he answered and said, It is written, Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.

Matthew 4:4 (KJV)

Just as our physical body requires physical food in order to be strengthened, so too our born again spirit requires spiritual food in order for us to reach our full potential in Christ. We are being spiritually fed anytime we receive the Word of God, when we meditate on it, and take it into our hearts. The more that our spirit is fed, the stronger it becomes. And when our spirit is strong, our ability to be victorious over the flesh increases.

Be Fed By His Word (1 Peter 2:2-3)

Just as we require physical food in order to be physically strengthened, so too our recreated spirit requires spiritual food in order to become strong within us. And so let us be fed and nourished by His Word, and may we taste of the joy and the fullness of life that is in Him.

Man Shall Not Live By Bread Alone (Matthew 4:4)

The Spirit Gives Life (John 6:63)

It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life.

John 6:63 (NKJV)

The Word is the spiritual food for our recreated spirit. Just as our physical body requires physical food and the mind requires intellectual food, so too our spirit must be fed with spiritual food. The more we are in the Word, and the more of the Word is in us, the greater will be our revelation of Christ and who we are in Him. When our hearts are filled with the Word, we are always ready to overcome whatever opposition we might face. With our spirit nourished and strengthened, we can stand boldly upon the Word and know that whenever the Word is mixed with faith, a manefestation must always follow.

Feeding Our Born Again Spirit (John 6:63)

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

John 6:63 (KJV)

The Word of God is spirit and it is life. The Word is the spiritual food for our born again spirit. The more that we get the Word down into our spirit, the stronger and more alive our spirit becomes. In other words, when our inner person is fully fed and nourished by the Word of God, we will find ourselves living more out of who we are in Christ than out of who we used to be in the flesh. And so one of the most important things for us to do is to daily feed our born again spirit so that it may be strengthened, enabling us to grow in our walk with the Lord, and to truly become receptive and available to all that God intends to do in us and through us.

Spiritual Food (1 Peter 2:2-3)

As newborn babes, desire the sincere milk of the word, that ye may grow thereby: If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.

1 Peter 2:2-3 (KJV)

The Word of God is the spiritual food for our born again spirit. Just as we require physical food in order to be physically strengthened, so too our spirit requires spiritual food in order to become strong within us. After we get born again through receiving the Lord Jesus, we must continue to seek Him daily through His Word. We may encounter the Lord all throughout the pages of Scripture, for all Scripture points to Christ. And so let us be fed and nourished by His Word, may our spirit taste of the joy and the fullness of life that is in Him, and may we then carry this abundant life into all of our day to day activities.

Feeding Our Born Again Spirit (John 6:63)

It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life.

John 6:63 (KJV)
