Set Free From The Bondage Of The Law (Galatians 5:1)

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Galatians 5:1 (KJV)

Jesus has once and for all set us free from the bondage of living under the law. The liberty of Jesus’ finished works enables us to live freely as children of God: redeemed, healed, delivered, forgiven, and recipients of the unmerited favor and blessings our Father wants to bestow upon us.

Our Liberty In Christ (Galatians 5:1)

Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage.

Galatians 5:1 (KJV)

Jesus has once and for all set us free from the bondage that comes from living under the law. And so let us stand fast in the liberty of being justified by faith, of being made righteous not by our own actions or efforts, but simply by placing our faith in the finished works of Jesus. The liberty of Jesus’ finished works enables us to live freely as children of God: redeemed, set free, delivered, forgiven, and recipients of the boundless blessings and favor our Father wants to bestow upon us.
