Be Expectant In The Wilderness (Exodus 16:10)

And it came to pass, as Aaron spake unto the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and, behold, the glory of the LORD appeared in the cloud.

Exodus 16:10 (KJV)

Anytime we find ourselves looking toward the wilderness—facing situations and circumstances to which we do not know the answer—let us be expectant that the glory of God will appear in the midst of it! Those moments where it seems like there’s no solution in the natural are in actuality the greatest opportunities for God to show up and manifest His power in our lives.

Vessels Of His Glory (2 Corinthians 1:20)

For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us.

2 Corinthians 1:20 (NKJV)

We are vessels through which the glory of God is to show up in this earth. The promises of God have been made available to us in Christ, and as they manifest in and through our lives God is glorified. And so let us be assured that our heavenly Father delights Himself in showing forth His goodness in the lives of His children, and let us walk in an attitude of praise, gratitude and expectancy!

Faith Accesses Grace (Romans 5:1-2)

Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: By whom also we have access by faith into this grace wherein we stand, and rejoice in hope of the glory of God.

Romans 5:1-2 (KJV)

We have been made one hundred percent righteous in the eyes of God through faith in the finished works of Jesus. Now we are standing in grace, the unmerrited favor of God. And it is this same faith that gives us access to everything grace has made available, thereby causing us to live in joyful expectation that we will see the glory of God made manifest in our lives.
