Trust Your Unseen Partner (Zechariah 4:6)

Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the LORD unto Zerubabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the LORD of hosts.

Zechariah 4:6 (KJV)

Victory is not accomplished in our own might, but by the Spirit of God working in and through us. Jesus has made victory available, and it is the Holy Spirit’s job to bring the finished works of Jesus Christ into manifestation in our lives. Trust your unseen Partner who is the Holy Spirit—He will enable you to do what you cannot do on your own, and He will supply you with the strength, wisdom and ability you need.

Let His Word Abide In You (John 15:7)

If ye abide in me, and my words abide in you, ye shall ask what ye will, and it shall be done unto you.

John 15:7 (KJV)

Abiding in Jesus and letting His Word abide in us sets us up for victory and good success. Our heavenly Father is not withholding anything from us, and our part is to let His Word abide in our hearts. Having the Word rooted in our hearts makes us receptive and available for the favor of God to manifest in our lives!

Think The Thoughts Of God (Isaiah 55:8-9)

For my thoughts are not your thoughts, neither are your ways my ways, saith the LORD. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

Isaiah 55:8-9 (KJV)

One of the most powerful things for us to do is to replace our thoughts with the thoughts of God.¬†The thoughts of God are the Word of God, and so our task becomes to get our thinking lined up with the truth of God’s Word. The more we think according to the Word, the more will our lives reflect who we are in Christ.

Expect His Goodness (Romans 8:28)

And we know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.

Romans 8:28 (KJV)

God is using all things together for our good as we accept this principle by faith. At all times we may live in a continual confident expectation¬†of seeing God’s goodness in our lives. And so regardless of where we find ourselves, let us declare with boldness, “Lord, I can’t wait to see the good You have in store for me today!”

Know Who You Are (2 Corinthians 5:21)

For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

2 Corinthians 5:21 (KJV)

On the cross Jesus was made sin for us so that we could be made the righteousness of God in Him. Right identification is crucial for victorious living. We must get it rooted into our hearts that the moment we got born again we were made the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus. We did nothing to earn or deserve this, it is simply the gift of God’s unmerited favor. Understanding who we are in Him enables us to live out of who He has called us to be.

Good Will Come To You (Job 22:21-22)

Now acquaint yourself with Him, and be at peace; Thereby good will come to you. Receive, please, instruction from His mouth, And lay up His words in your heart.

Job 22:21-22 (NKJV)

Knowing God will always lead to good coming to us. The more we lay up His Word in our hearts, the more will we find ourselves at peace. And as we confidently stand on the Father’s promises to us in Christ Jesus, we will come to reign victoriously in all of the arenas of our life.

Listen To The Holy Spirit (Romans 8:16)

The Spirit Himself bears witness with our spirit that we are children of God,

Romans 8:16 (NKJV)

The Holy Spirit bears witness of our identity in Christ. He continually whispers into our hearts that we are children of God, that we have His favor and blessing. The more we listen to the Holy Spirit who will confirm the Word of God, the less receptive will we be to the voices of fear, doubt, confusion or condemnation. Let us spend some time every day with the Holy Spirit as He guides us into all truth.

Perfect Peace (Isaiah 26:3)

Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.

Isaiah 26:3 (KJV)

Perfect peace is peace that cannot be shaken by circumstances and conditions. This is the kind of peace that comes from knowing whose we are and whom we have believed. Today, keep your mind stayed on Jesus; trust Him, and let His perfect peace fill every fiber of your being.

Look To Jesus (1 John 3:23)

And this is His commandment: that we should believe on the name of His Son Jesus Christ and love one another, as He gave us commandment.

1 John 3:23 (NKJV)

God’s commandment under the new covenant of grace is for us to simply believe on Jesus. Placing our faith in His finished work enables us to walk in love. We are equipped to love others to the degree that we receive His perfect love for us. The more we look to Jesus and less to ourselves, the more will we walk in everything He has made available to us!

You Are Not Under The Law (Romans 6:14)

For sin shall not have dominion over you: for ye are not under the law, but under grace.

Romans 6:14 (KJV)

The purpose of the law of Moses was to bring people to an end of themselves. The law was given to recognize our need for a Savior. Grace, on the other hand, liberates us from all guilt and condemnation, thereby enabling us to live right. Grace transforms us from the inside out, teaching us to live godly and victorious lives. And grace is not a curriculum or a doctrine; grace is a Person, His name is Jesus.
