Meditate On The Word (1 Timothy 4:15)

Meditate upon these things; give thyself wholly to them; that they profiting may appear to all.

1 Timothy 4:15 (KJV)

Whatever we meditate on the most will yield fruit in our lives. To meditate means to think, ponder, consider, or mull over in our minds. Worrying is a negative form of meditation, and it will yield fruit accordingly. Yet when we meditate on God’s Word, when we give ourselves wholly over to His promises and what He has said is true about us in Him, we become more receptive to seeing His goodness and glory coming to pass.
